Onboarding is a half-day. The product is uneventful after that — which is the point.
Drop a CSV of units or paste an address list. Expiral normalizes the buildings, groups the units, and surfaces every required inspection type for the local jurisdiction.
We attach the right cadence per asset class — annual extinguisher, quarterly sprinkler, state-specific boiler, ASME elevator — and seed the next 24 months.
Email at 30 days, SMS at 7, then a hard alert the morning of. Owners, supers, and brokers each get the slice they own — no one chases paper certificates.
When the inspector uploads a PDF, it parses the date and attaches to the right slot. Renewal reminders regenerate automatically from the document, not a spreadsheet cell.
